What is Neck/Chin Lipolysis?

The solution we use at Aslon is called Deoxycholic acid, which is a naturally occurring substance in the body that helps break down dietary fat. When injected into targeted areas beneath the chin, it works to destroy fat cells, which are then naturally eliminated by the body. It can help improve the appearance of a fuller or less-defined chin and create a more sculpted neck profile.

Is this the same treatment as Kybella®?

The active ingredient used in Kybella® is deoxycholic acid. At Aslon Antiaging Clinic, we use a deoxycholic-acid-based injectable treatment to target unwanted fat beneath the chin. How does it work?

The treatment involves a series of small injections into the targeted fat beneath the chin. The deoxycholic acid disrupts the membranes of the targeted fat cells, after which the body naturally processes and eliminates the cellular debris. The goal is a slimmer, more defined chin and jawline, creating a more refined facial profile without surgery or liposuction.
